My services include customized workout sessions, personalized meal plans, shopping lists, and ongoing support. I have experience working with clients who are new to fitness, seeking weight loss or muscle definition, interested in stress relief, and older clients focused on maintaining balance and flexibility.

From our initial conversation, I take the time to get to know my clients. By understanding their schedule, current habits, interests, and passions, I can create a plan that works for them. I enjoy working one-on-one with clients to help them alleviate stress and anxiety while improving their flexibility and mobility. By combining proper nutrition and targeted fitness routines, my clients are able to achieve their weight loss goals, increase their energy, and improve their focus, ultimately leading to a positive impact on all aspects of their lives!

Katie was the perfect fit for our friend's Bachelorette Party where we planned to have a private yoga session. Right from the beginning, she was professional and amicable. Her pricing was reasonable and fair. Katie is a friendly and engaging instructor, who made it a priority to understand our requirements and tailor the class and music to our preferences. As our session was in a hotel, she even showed me the right way to approach the management to secure the venue. On the day of the class, some of the participants were a bit tired from the previous night's events, which didn't deter Katie from adjusting the session's content to suit everyone's convenience. We enjoyed the class, which consisted of beginner-level and easy exercises like deep stretching, vinyasas, and muscle building. Additionally, Katie started the class with the use of essential oils, which everyone appreciated. The entire experience was delightful, and the Bride was especially thrilled. If we ever go back to Austin, we would definitely enlist Katie's services again.
