I offer various training options such as in-home, outdoor, garage, park, and group training. If you don't have equipment, I will provide it for you. With a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, specializing in bodybuilding, women's and running training, I have been helping people achieve their fitness goals since 2009. Additionally, I have extensive experience in hypertrophy and sports training, having worked as a national track and field coach in Brazil. We can train together at your preferred location, including gyms and parks. My specialties include strength, power, and speed training for various sports, cardiovascular and weight loss training, conditioning, and pre/post-natal workouts. I can also provide running and group training. If you have a small group of friends, we can even set up a training program together. I am based in the San Mateo area and can travel up to 10 miles from my home.
