I've utilized the services of Cloud 9 Clean Carpet numerous times, always requesting a team of two. However, on this occasion, Uriel arrived alone to tackle the job, which involved carrying equipment down 28 stairs. Despite feeling sympathetic toward him, Uriel maintained a high level of professionalism and worked diligently to remove a few marks that were caused by human error. The carpet now looks fantastic, and I strongly suggest Uriel and Cloud 9 for any carpet cleaning needs.
