While I am writing this review, my computer is being repaired. The diagnosis, recommendations and quotes were handled efficiently, and the prices were reasonable even though my hard drive needs to be replaced. However, the technician was able to save my files. Additionally, the repair team provided information on what might have caused the damage. Based on my experience so far, I am confident that the repair work will meet my expectations.
