During the recent heatwave, our heat pump, which was only four years old, ceased to function. The AC unit at my place required some maintenance and Climate Mechanical Heating provided prompt assistance by sending a technician the next day to address the issue. The technician was diligent and made sure that the problem was completely resolved. After replacing a fuse, he advised me that the house would take some time to cool down and instructed me to contact them in case the cooling was unsatisfactory.
