Greetings! My name is Phil Cliff and I hold a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, accompanied by over ten years of fitness training experience. Formerly known as Phitness Nation, I am a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism, have completed CrossFit Lvl 1, and train in CrossFit and Olympic Lifting.

My approach involves establishing a solid foundation before instituting significant changes. I understand that everyone is unique, and I will meet you at your current level of fitness.

I steer clear of generic programs and offer all-encompassing performance programs via private sessions, semi-private sessions, or online. Together, we investigate your eating habits and routines to develop a sustainable plan tailored to your needs.

Whether you are a newcomer, experiencing a few aches and pains, or an experienced fitness enthusiast, I will create a plan that is most appropriate for you.

To ensure proper form and limit the potential of injuries, my app comes with video-guided exercises. Based on which performance plan you opt for, it may include weekly check-ins or nutrition calls to help you stay accountable.

Since around May, I have been exercising twice a week with Phil in hopes of shedding some pounds before our upcoming wedding in December. It brings me great joy to have developed this routine and I am determined to maintain it even after the wedding. Phil understands the nuances between male and female bodies and has offered useful nutritional advice during periods of stagnation.
