They were able to fit me in for a complimentary estimate and inspection on the same day, and conducted a thorough assessment of the property to identify the source of the issue - an unknown leak - before offering a solution for repair. Their use of advanced equipment like thermal imagining and moisture meter, coupled with their keen observation of the property, aided in their diagnosis. As soon as the inspector discovered the roof issue, Mold Xperts INC swiftly arrived and repaired it while our house was still under contract. They were very amiable, provided clear explanations and completed the job within their estimated time.
