Our cape cod-style house, built in the 1950s, had a terribly insulated upper level. However, Sergio from Cleveland Foam & Roofing was able to effectively re-insulate the attic at a fair cost. Beginning with the free estimate, Sergio and his team demonstrated outstanding workmanship throughout the project's completion. He provided a thorough analysis of the attic's trouble spots during the estimate and identified the precise areas where I was experiencing issues. Once the job was scheduled, I received timely update calls to confirm his arrival time, which was extremely helpful as waiting for contractors is often frustrating. On arrival, Sergio diligently placed drop cloths along the working path before initiating the job promptly. Additionally, Sergio exposed deficiencies in a previous contractor's work and explained the issue to them in their term of reference, which I found quite impressive and appreciated.
