Punctuality is key, and this service call was exceptional. I haven't had such a great experience in a long time. It's commonly said that you learn something new every time a professional enters your home, and I certainly learned ten things! The technician was extremely helpful, providing thorough explanations without being condescending, even though I'm admittedly a luddite. They're going to upgrade my newly purchased home to be in line with the Sonos century at a very reasonable price. Overall, this service definitely deserves 5 stars!
