The response was outstanding, with an exceptional turnaround time and quality of work to repair my pump that was leaking. Unlike other companies that suggested replacing the entire pump at a cost of $2000-$3000 due to its age, the technician provided the option of only replacing the body, especially since we had replaced the motor just last year. The pump is now working perfectly and the cost was very reasonable.

I had an awful experience with a different pool company when a one-day job became a two-week hassle with my pool not properly circulating and my chemical levels off. Desperate for a quick repair or replacement of my Polaris pump, I reached out to Clearwater Pools. Shane arrived and realized that the previous pool company neglected to replace eight bolts on the unit, requiring him to take the Polaris with him for repairs.
Though originally planning to return on Monday to finish the job, to my pleasant surprise, Shane came back on Sunday morning instead. His willingness to come on a weekend, despite not being obligated to, was greatly appreciated and demonstrated his understanding of my frustration with the previous company. I highly recommend Clearwater Pools.
