Upon requesting to replace my small toilet, the response time was impressively fast! A team traveled to my location and disconnected the toilet, but soon discovered that I required a completely different unit that drained from the wall rather than the floor. They were fascinated by my unique tiny toilet – a concept that the apprentice had only read about in their schooling. I felt discouraged as the replacement was three times the price of my original purchase. However, they packaged up the incorrect toilet, brought it to my car for me to return, and charged only for a service call – which I was willing to pay more for. They educated me on the necessary equipment and offered guidance for locating the parts needed. They also re-installed my small toilet in its original position and even assisted me in carrying it to my vehicle. Their exceptional service goes above and beyond, and I would happily rehire them without hesitation!
