When I listed a 4700 sqft home for sale, Troy accepted the challenging task of cleaning its massive windows. Neglected for 16 years, they had accumulated layers of dirt. We had a total of 60 glass panes that needed to be cleaned. When tallying your windows, ensure that you count each separate pane of glass rather than just the window frame. If there is a division in the window for a sliding opening, it counts as two separate panes. In case you clean both inside and outside, that makes it a total of four panes. I'm telling you this so that you can give Troy an accurate count of how much work there is to be done. Troy arrived on time, if not a little early and worked for approximately three hours. I've always attempted to wash my windows myself, but I was unable to make them free of streaks. Windex cannot clean as well as a professional window washer who possesses the right equipment. Their expertise makes a significant difference! The windows appear excellent, and I can't see those bothersome streaks on days when bright sunlight shines. Since these are so clean, I'm concerned there will be more birds striking the windows. Troy recommends having your windows cleaned of all the accumulated dirt and oil (inside) at least once a year, and if you can afford it, twice a year. It makes a significant contrast, and I'd strongly advise hiring Troy again. His experience in window washing is beyond compare, and it makes all the difference if you want exceptionally clean windows.
