Although I was impressed by their prompt response to schedule my move out clean, I was ultimately dissatisfied with the quality of their service. Prior to the appointment, they had assured me that their most skilled cleaners would be assigned to the job. However, I was surprised when two inexperienced young men showed up at my door. In an effort to ensure that my expectations were clear, I provided them with a comprehensive list of the specific tasks I needed completed. Unfortunately, when they finally finished and left, I discovered that several areas were still dirty and in need of further cleaning. After contacting the manager, the cleaners were sent back to my home. Ultimately, I had to monitor their progress every step of the way, which was quite frustrating. Given this experience, I have no plans to use their service again in the future.
