If you are currently perusing this review, then skip the rest and go straight to J & M. They have completed two various projects in my home and I couldn't be more pleased with the end results. When it comes to selecting a contractor, there are three main qualities to look for: honesty, punctuality, and a commitment to standing behind their work. Luckily, J & M encompasses all of these traits, and more. Initially, I was a bit skeptical due to Miguel's youthfulness. However, as the saying goes, never judge a book by its cover. Miguel demonstrated incredible intelligence and extensive knowledge. He truly exceeded my expectations and made every effort to gain my trust, responding promptly to all of my calls and texts. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, and his team members were friendly, professional, and hardworking. They left my home spotless each day, without a single cigarette butt or empty soda can in sight! J & M was responsible for stuccoing my home, as well as re-sheet rocking and painting the cathedral ceilings in my living room and dining room. The true test of any contractor lies in their ability to handle any issues that may arise once the project is complete. Unfortunately, I experienced a split piece of tape in the ceiling a few months after the work was finished. Upon contacting Miguel, he immediately took action and resolved the issue free of charge and without any fuss. Following their outstanding work, I have proudly recommended J & M to several friends and acquaintances. If you reach out to them, they will reply the same day, which is a rarity among contractors. They don't operate on a typical 9 to 5 schedule and will not leave your home before you are 100% pleased with the end product. They remain available at any time in case any complications arise in the future. In short - what more could one ask of a contractor? Miguel has become a go-to contact for me, and I expect him to return shortly to paint various rooms in my house. I have full confidence that everything will look great, just as it has before.
