In roughly 48 hours, Oscar and his partner replaced approximately 50 percent of the roof. At inspection, he invited me to join him on a walkthrough, pointing out problematic areas and allowing me to touch the damp bits in easy reach while presenting images of harder-to-access locations. His proposed price seemed reasonable and he promised to keep me updated as he tackled the roof and added a new gutter system. Only a significant storm will confirm the effectiveness of his labor, but, judging from my initial inspection, it appears to have been done skillfully. Overall, I am pleased with his work.
