Stephanie did a fantastic job of cleaning our two-story, four-bedroom, three-bathroom house, which spans 2091 sq ft, all by herself. I would definitely consider using "Clean by Sunset" again!

Stephanie seems well-intentioned, although her work falls short. I subcontracted her for a deep cleaning, having given her a heads up about my high-up dust accumulation. Unfortunately, Stephanie underestimated how much time it would take to reach me, and admitted having to rush through my job since she had another scheduled. Consequently, I ended up redoing a number of areas myself. She left greasy residue on my hardwood floors, and overlooked cleaning the kitchen, laundry and bathroom floors adequately. My master shower also had new dirt, and two bedrooms were unattended. In addition, my den was only vacuumed. However, she did dust some of the moldings and agreed that high places such as ceiling fans and blinds are typical elements under a deep-clean umbrella, even though this task must have been taxing for her. I paid her what she asked, thinking that the floors were still wet. After she left, I realized the quantity of work still needed to be done. I tried to contact her, but with no luck. She should have assessed the full extent of the job before accepting it, or declined it altogether, given the distance. It seems like Stephanie had difficulty being realistic about the scope of the work, given her limited capacity. I would recommend that potential clients keep watch over her work, and communicate with Stephanie beforehand. That said, I don't want to leave exclusively negative feedback, as I know Stephanie has good intentions. So, "buyer beware," but some jobs may be satisfactory with careful consideration, monitoring, and communication.

This person is truly exceptional, exhibiting great flexibility and going above and beyond my expectations. They don't just fulfill their cleaning duties, but also establish positive relationships with my family members. They have been especially helpful during this difficult time following the loss of my Dad.

Stephanie's work is truly outstanding. She is highly attentive, exceptionally meticulous, and always willing to go above and beyond. I would never entrust anyone else to maintain my properties.
