In addition to managing and selling single-family homes and condos, we also have extensive experience managing apartment buildings and multi-family homes. With nearly 40 years of experience in real estate sales and almost 30 years in property management, we bring a hands-on approach to managing single units, apartment buildings, and multi-family rentals. From managing day-to-day tenant business to paying all bills related to the property, including mortgage, GET, professional photos, and virtual walkthroughs, we take care of everything.
We also handle repairs with our in-house maintenance team, manage and oversee remodeling and renovations, handle evictions, and mediate tenant disputes when necessary. We create house rules, arrange for grounds keeping, building maintenance, and cleaning services, issue parking permits and arrange parking spaces, and much more when managing apartment buildings.
Additionally, we offer tenant acquisition services in which we photograph, market, and show properties on behalf of our clients. Once prospective tenants apply, we fully screen until we find a suitable tenant, and we create and sign the lease and collect the deposit on behalf of our clients. Our commission for this service is one full month's rent.
