Despite giving him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he was professional and honest, I'm now unsure if he lost control or simply struggles with communication. I transferred more than $700 to him via Venmo for the purchase of supplies, without any written agreement or receipt, and then didn't hear from him again, aside from two short text messages explaining that he wasn't feeling well. Unfortunately, the supplies never arrived. Despite sending several follow-up messages over a period of two weeks, this communication issue persists. As an older woman, it feels like I was taken advantage of. I won't be using his services, or even CrackerJack's, again. In the future, I urge service providers to prioritize communication, to provide receipts and contracts, and to ensure they have backup help in place or remain in contact when experiencing setbacks. Taking on more projects than you can handle in a professional manner is unacceptable. That being said, I am willing to forgive him if he truly was experiencing financial hardship.

The service provided was truly exceptional. Charles was not only hilarious but also very friendly. Despite being given a timeline of two hours, he managed to finish the task in just half an hour. It can be daunting to have a stranger in one's house, but Charles made it feel as if a long-time friend had come over to assist with an unpleasant task. Thank you once again, Charles.
