I contacted Cesar during the workweek, and he arrived at my home the same evening. Meeting him left a good impression on me. He provided me with an honest and accurate estimate, displaying his integrity. Cesar has five years of experience in flooring, and his partner, Joe, with over 20 years. He shared pictures of their excellent work quality.
I was aware of my floor's state - it was severely uneven, which was confirmed by Cesar's assessment. He recommended using self-leveling compound, offering to buy and deliver the compound free of charge, with only the reimbursement of materials from me.
A few days later, they arrived to do the leveling work. They tidied up after the job was finished, leaving my floor level but messy. After the concrete had cured, they returned to install new luxury vinyl planks, which looked stunning. Attached is a photo that does it justice.
