I cannot praise Terry enough! I engaged his services to evaluate my 1904 Yamaha concert grand, as I knew it required significant attention. I chose Terry based on his exceptional CrackerJack reviews. Having received it back a couple of weeks ago, my piano now sounds better than ever before! Although Terry did mention that minor adjustments might be necessary due to its age, I believe it is only one key that requires fixing.
