Landon performed exceptionally well! He was punctual, conducted a thorough inspection for difficult stains, and successfully removed a coffee stain as well as two other unidentified ones. The carpet was dry within 2-3 hours, and it felt soft to the touch instead of rigid like other companies' work. Landon was approachable, and he patiently addressed all of my inquiries.
