Coming in late and ill-equipped without a hand truck and essential tools made it impossible to move a washer and dryer unit. As a result, everything had to be borrowed. If I had known that this would be the situation, I would have just rented a U-Haul box truck and sturdy appliance moving gear and handled it myself, which would have been significantly cheaper. Overall, this experience was far from meeting even the most basic expectations.

The team displayed a great deal of professionalism.

Although they were a bit tardy, they rung in advance to notify me and maintained excellent communication throughout. They were exceedingly accommodating, and I wouldn't hesitate to enlist their services once more.
