We engaged Cincinnati Window Design to replace our ground floor windows, and we cannot emphasize enough how impressed we are with their craftsmanship. The windows they installed are exquisite, and their crew worked with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. We would enthusiastically endorse them.

David Kerstein provided me with a quotation covering windows, trim, and siding requirements. After reviewing the quote, I decided to engage their services. However, when I communicated my decision to David, he disputed the quote covering the siding work and claimed that no one installed siding over brick or block. This statement contradicted earlier messages and emails that clearly indicated that siding installation was included in the proposal. This inconsistency in his communication betrayed a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I am glad to have avoided doing business with this company, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The price was reasonable and their customer service was exceptional. They were quick to respond and had a much quicker turnaround time than other companies I contacted for quotes. As someone who doesn't have a lot of extra funds, it was a big decision to replace the windows in my rental property. However, I'm grateful that I went through with it. Initially, I was nervous about the process as a woman, but Cincinnati Window Design made me feel comfortable and assured. The installation was done efficiently and the new windows look fantastic! I'm eager to work with them again. If only all companies were as reliable as this one!

Choosing to contact CWD was the best decision I made. I received exceptional quality of product, installation, and affordability in contrast to other providers that I assessed, of which there were at least five, possibly more (I lost count). While it's always a good idea to consult with various options, you'll end up returning to CWD in the end.
