Can you tell me where to find the 10-star button? Recently, we booked two consecutive cleaning appointments for my old apartment and my boyfriend's apartment (where I'll be moving to), and both were impeccably cleaned. The cleaning teams were punctual, amiable, and thoroughly cleaned every inch of both places, including the baseboards and light switches - their attention to detail was fantastic. Previously, we had never thought of having our place regularly cleaned, but now we are definitely considering it. Another cleaning service canceled twice in two days, which caused me to panic slightly since I am physically disabled and couldn't do any heavy lifting. With a move in the works and keys that need to be returned in two days, there was no margin for errors. However, we were fortunate enough to find Cifuentes Cleaning Service, who agreed to book us for both locations in under 24 hours. I am elated that we decided to go with them and will undoubtedly book them again in the future.

They did an excellent job cleaning but struggled with communication. The task was completed efficiently in just three hours, including cleaning the windows. However, I had to provide some extra cleaning supplies to tackle the grease on the stove. Overall, their performance was satisfactory, and I would consider hiring them again.
