Notably, the company was proactive and called me the day before the move to confirm the timing and logistics of the operation. On the day of the move, they provided an ETA. I was most impressed by the efficiency, professionalism, and kindness exhibited by Daniel and Marco, who were the movers assigned to me. Our situation was a tad different from the norm, as the road to our residence and our driveway were not able to accommodate a standard-sized moving truck. Nevertheless, Top Notch came to our rescue by allowing us to rent/drive our own rental truck. Furthermore, Daniel and Marco went beyond the call of duty, venturing to two different locations to ensure that everything went smoothly. All in all, I cannot express my gratitude enough to everyone at Top Notch. They were flexible, comprehensive, and did a remarkable job. Choosing Top Notch was without a doubt, the best decision I ever made!
