For 17 years, I have been working in the fitness industry and my name is Christian Agudelo. I pursued my bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton and acquired a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) which I held for quite a few years before obtaining my current personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My specialty lies in 1 on 1 training, catering to weight loss, overall strength and conditioning, as well as sports-specific needs. I have experience in conducting small group circuit training and basic boxing/kickboxing training for the general population, as well as a fair knowledge of general nutrition. My personal interests include running (having completed my first half marathon in 2014), hiking, trial running, golf and snowboarding. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends while watching sports as an added recreation.
