My attempts at achieving the perfect body were in vain until I met Chris. Despite trying a variety of routines such as triathlon training, crossfit, running, and monitoring what I ate, I couldn't seem to get the results I wanted. Spending lots of time doing cardio and preparing vegetarian dishes provided little success. I was hesitant to employ a trainer, believing that it was too costly and that I should be capable of figuring it out by myself. However, after 33 years of trying, I decided to trust in a professional.
