Although they completed the job, the movers were not as professional as we had hoped. They could have been more attentive and considerate when handling our belongings, as they ended up dragging furniture which resulted in scratches on the floor and knocking into door frames. Therefore, we suggest that they need to exercise more awareness and caution in the future.

We appreciated their flexibility when it came to changing the appointment time. They also kept us informed about a delay in arrival caused by bad weather. However, they unintentionally damaged our wall while bringing 2 couches upstairs and failed to acknowledge it. Furthermore, they required us to make a cash payment which was not communicated prior to the appointment.
