In 2006, he founded Chris Brugler Catering, which quickly became one of Los Angeles' top caterers, serving clients like Disney, Valentino, Volkswagen, Netflix, Cartier, and Tory Burch. With countless large events under his belt, Chris has built strong relationships with his team of chefs, who he trained and who now run events on his behalf.
While Chris never expected to be serving so many dinners across LA, Palm Springs, and San Diego every weekend, he relies on his trusted team of onsite chefs to ensure consistent execution. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Chris has focused on cultivating his business and delivering top-quality meals using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. He also established best practices for food handling and safe delivery, meeting all CDC guidelines.

Chris did an exceptional job! For a bachelorette dinner, I reserved his services in Palm Springs for a group of eight women, and he remained communicative until the event day. His cooking lived up to his reputation! The pappardelle pasta was one of the most delightful meals I've ever had. I even enjoyed the rest of the pasta for breakfast. The bride-to-be regarded it as her most preferred meal in Palm Springs.

Chris and his team provided my girls and I with exceptional service and we loved every minute of it! We were hosting a relaxed bachelorette party at an Airbnb and yearned for an all-inclusive experience. After discovering Chris, we knew it was the perfect fit for us. We couldn't have made a better decision! It was such a treat to have our dishes washed and cleaned for us while we were able to focus on our makeup and simply have fun. The package even included a bartender which was the ultimate cherry on top, making the whole experience even more enjoyable! With Chris's full schedule and ingredient shopping, we never had to worry about meal planning or timing. The overall experience, taste, presentation and the personalities of the team were all fantastic! We would highly recommend Chris, with a 100000/10 rating! We are already contemplating booking the same service annually! 💕

Due to Covid, my husband and I had a limited window between our engagement and wedding. We chose to have a small ceremony at a private residence instead of waiting. Without a wedding planner, I was referred to CrackerJack by a friend. After browsing their website and reviews, I contacted Chris and was immediately impressed. As a first-time bride, he offered valuable advice and worked within our budget. Chris customized a Southern menu for us and his company handled everything from the bar to wait staff. Deliveries were prompt, and the team arrived punctually on the big day. The wait staff was friendly, efficient, and kept everything running smoothly. The buffet-style food was a hit, and the drinks were lovely. Our guests raved about the event's catering, and we were glad we chose to work with Chris. Although late, we wanted to rave about our fantastic experience and would love to collaborate with Chris again!

Chris and his team were the perfect choice for our wedding catering needs. We opted for a delicious 3 course plated dinner and were blown away by the quality of the food. It was hot, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The meal was definitely one of the highlights of the day and nearly all of our guests raved about it. Chris and his team managed to set up and create gourmet food at our venue, providing an elevated culinary experience that we had never experienced at a wedding before. My vegetarian friends were also very pleased with their meal. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with one member going above and beyond by noticing that our toddler was restless and bringing her a plate of snacks to keep her happy. We were truly impressed by Chris and his team, and highly recommend their catering services for your special day.
