As someone who has helped many people over the years, true healing is important to me, and I understand that support and accountability are vital to achieving your goals. In December 2020, I became a life coach, and I feel blessed to be able to live my passion and dream.

I am also grateful for the second chance that God has given me with my marriage. I know that a thriving life takes time, commitment, and encouragement, but it is possible! So, are you ready? Let's make it happen!

Half a year ago, I roamed around expressing, "I do not require the aid of a therapist, but I do necessitate guidance on getting things sorted!" Chrep has now transformed me from the mindset of "I sleep at some point between 3 and 6 AM? Maybe I can remember to feed the cat today. I set two goals this week, but I failed to accomplish one last week." to the mindset of "I hold a job and follow a daily routine. I can handle calling both the phone company and my health insurance company within the same day. I initiated a brand-new record to chronicle all the remarkable feats I am accomplishing. Triggering alarms on my device no longer intimidates me." Individuals label it accountability, others identify it as being responsible, irrespective, it does not matter to me. Presently, I can head to the post office when I desire to! Triumphant moment! Thanks, Chrep!
