Our wedding this summer was a huge success, thanks to the excellent service and delicious food provided by Paul and Stephanie. We found them through CrackerJack, as we were dissatisfied with options provided by The Knot Vendor List. Their plated meal, which included beef and fish, was reasonably priced compared to the other options we had seen. We were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail, as Stephanie took down notes on our preferences while Chef Paul prepared generous samples of the dishes we were considering. We also used their pastry services for our cupcakes, which were hand-delivered and tasted amazing. One thing that set them apart was their ability and care in catering to guests with gluten allergies. All of our gluten-free options were kept separate, and Chef Paul's knowledge of gluten-free cooking made us feel comfortable. Communication leading up to the wedding was easy and straightforward, with clear payment expectations and multiple consultations to discuss details. On the day of the wedding, the catering team went above and beyond, even taking over some duties of our wedding coordinator. Overall, we were extremely pleased with their services and wish we had known Stephanie was also a wedding coordinator. We highly recommend them for any event catering needs.

I first discovered them on CrackerJack in April or May when I was arranging a dinner for a distinguished International Hop Growers Congress outside of Yakima. Right from the start, I knew they would be perfect for the job. Chef Paul crafted an exquisite menu, showcasing local ingredients that perfectly captured the flavors of the area, while Stephanie went above and beyond in every aspect of her work, delivering unparalleled service from start to finish. Their professionalism, organization, and communication were exemplary. Throughout our time working together on this event, I came to truly appreciate Chef Paul and Stephanie's outstanding personalities. I was always looking forward to speaking with Stephanie because she made the entire process so enjoyable and comforting, taking the stress and worry out of every aspect of the event planning. I am really going to miss them now that the event is over. On the day of the event, their team arrived on-site with such positive attitudes and enthusiasm despite the unrelenting 100-degree heat. Their customer service was impeccable, and the meals they presented were masterpieces, stunning creations that wowed all of our global attendees. People were raving about the food for days afterward! For me, perfection is difficult to attain, but I can honestly say that my experience working alongside Emerald City Cakes and Chocolates was absolutely perfect. Their culinarians played a great role in creating an unforgettable evening, and I can't thank them enough for doing such an incredible job.
