I decided to give a different vendor a try on this platform, and Mark promptly contacted me. We scheduled a time for the chimney cleaning, and they maintained communication with me a week before and the day before the appointment. Prior to their arrival, Justin called me, performed a thorough inspection, and guided me through the fireplace use process. Even though the inspection revealed that I didn't need a cleaning, Justin showed me some potential problem areas, so we opted for a repair that day, which they completed in half a day. They also sprayed the wasp nest area without me knowing and cleaned up all the waste and debris before leaving. They fully impressed me.
