Ever since leaving the military 8 years ago, I've found joy in cooking. Serving in the military earned me a Purple Heart, but PTSD threatened to take over my life. However, I discovered solace in the kitchen and cooking became a newfound passion. Pursuing this passion led me to successfully complete Culinary school at Johnson and Wales University Charlotte in 2019, and I even started a company with my classmates/partners just two months later.
