The mastermind behind Chef Register is Adam "ChefKas" Kaswiner, a Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY) graduate with six years of experience as a private chef and caterer in Las Vegas and across the country. He has prepared meals for well-known personalities such as Bret Michaels and Rick Harrison from Pawn Stars, offering gourmet cuisine to high-profile athletes such as Bryce Harper (MLB) and Georges St. Pierre (UFC). He also worked as the resident chef for Nike's LeBron James Skills Academy in Las Vegas. We have served prominent public figures such as Marco Rubio and Sheldon Adelson, as well as renowned companies like Samsung and Under Armour.
