With over 20 years of experience as a chef in various types of kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants and catering events, I am dedicated to crafting an exceptional experience for my clients. I most recently held the Executive Chef position at Marriott International, and have also worked under renowned chefs like Jean-Georges, Wolfgang Puck, Michael Mina, Hiro Sone, and Charlie Trotter. Working at Marriott allowed me to gain extensive knowledge about food handling, safety, and sanitation.

My passion for cooking started at a young age in my father's kitchen, where he owned and operated 10 restaurants in Austin, Texas, and had the privilege of cooking for President Reagan and Queen Elizabeth. I have inherited my skills and strong work ethic from him, and strive to only provide the highest quality dishes for my clients.

For my impromptu birthday dinner, we hired Chef Eric. He promptly responded within 30 minutes and readily agreed to cook for our party. The cuisine exceeded my wildest expectations. From the delectable arugula, honey shallot and goat cheese salad, the mouth-watering Chilean sea bass with miso sake, to the succulent fillet mignon with red wine Demi glaze; it was a true feast for the senses. Eric has definitely become my go-to chef for future events, and I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

For my brother's Bachelor Party in Chula Vista, I couldn't have asked for a better private chef than Eric B. Together with his server Wendy, they exuded a fabulous energy that was both welcoming and professional. Their innate sense of the event's ambiance made them amiable in the kitchen without sacrificing their professionalism, making them perfect for any type of event, casual or formal. Above all else, their food was incredibly delicious and abundant. Additionally, Eric and Wendy left the kitchen impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated.
