If you find yourself in New York, I strongly suggest giving Chef Townsend a try. The cuisine was absolutely delightful and exquisitely seasoned. Not only was he highly professional and prompt, but he also worked with me to resolve payment issues that arose with CrackerJack. Overall, a superb chef who should definitely keep up the fantastic work!

I had Chef Kyle cater a planning session for me which was excellent. The Jerk chicken was succulent and packed with flavor, while the lo mein was top-notch. Days after the session, people were still reaching out to me to rant and rave about the delicious food.
