Over 45 years ago, Chef Tim Raymond embarked on a journey that kick-started his professional career when he secured his first job at The North Port seafood restaurant on Cape Cod. He utilized his position to learn the ins-and-outs of the food service industry, which helped him develop an unwavering work ethic. Consequently, Chef Tim grew to love the culinary arts. He has since worked with passion and determination to become a premier master chef.
After graduating from Johnson and Wales Culinary School in 1977, Chef Tim began compiling an impressive culinary service resume. He acquired skills beyond cooking by working with Mr. Robert C. Morse, who was an outstanding artist, author, pianist, and chef. He also spent several years working as a chef aboard the yacht Pearl Necklace, where he served an extensive staff and yacht crew. Chef Tim then served as a devoted chef for the distinguished Willim family on the Palm Beach island for thirteen years. It was with these three positions that Chef Tim excelled in managing multiple high-powered kitchens, creating consistently delicious meals.
For the past twenty years, Chef Tim has continued to maintain his reputation for culinary excellence. While simultaneously building a renowned freelance catering business, he has worked in several elite Palm Beach homes. Chef Tim embodies the quintessential family man, dedicating time to his wife, children, and their Cavalier King Charles puppy. He enjoys reading and playing the bass guitar in his local rock and roll band. Chef Tim's resolute passion for his profession has remained steadfast over his impressive career, resulting in the warm hearts and satiated stomachs of all he serves.

Chef Tim was a wonderful addition to our graduation party. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism, promptly responding to our calls and comprehending our preferences, allergies, and those of our guests. Despite my request for an elegant menu devoid of any pizza, pasta, salad, or barbecue, he went above and beyond to deliver; his printable menu was not only visually stunning but also delectable, featuring mouth-watering dishes like med-rare lamb lollipops, boursin-stuffed prosciutto wrapped dates, beer-cheese fondue, and my personal favorite, the curry-chicken spoons. Chef Tim arrived at our event looking every bit the part of a skilled and experienced chef, complete with written instructions that were incredibly helpful throughout the night. Our only regret is that we didn't hire any of his staff to assist with executing, plating, and serving the food - it's a challenging task to undertake on your own. Nonetheless, we felt that the value for money was excellent, with plenty of extras that kept our guests fully satisfied and content throughout the party. Chef Tim's outstanding service and culinary expertise have earned him a place in our hearts and homes, and we are sure to hire him again in the future. My dad's surprise party was planned last minute, but Chef Tim saved the day! He quickly provided an incredible menu and was always reachable for inquiries through text or email. Additionally, he helped me hire a fantastic bartender named Eve. Chef Tim and his assistant, Becky, set up everything flawlessly and the food was outstanding. It was honestly the greatest catering experience I've ever had and I would highly recommend him. In fact, five people requested his contact information during the party! Bravo, Chef Tim, you're a true gem.
