Chef Stef is located in the Hudson Valley and specializes in catering services that extend throughout the tri-state area. These services include full-service catering, drop-off catering, and personal chef offerings.
The menus for all services are created specifically for each client by starting from scratch. I work collaboratively with the host to devise menus that highlight their desired culinary preferences and cater to any dietary restrictions that may be present.
All services are offered at various price points. Catering packages are structured on the variety of foods desired. Personal chef dinners are priced based on the number of diners and the number of courses.

During a girls’ weekend trip, Chef Stef created an exceptional three-course meal for our group. The dishes were not only delectable but presented exquisitely. We were in awe of Chef Stef's devotion to detail, from the use of cloth napkins to the customized printed menus. Prior to the dinner, Chef Stef and his coordinator were prompt in their email communication and offered useful assistance. On the night of the event, Chef Stef was very professional and attentive. He even left the kitchen in perfect condition at the end of the night. We cannot recommend him enough!

Chef Stef provided us with an incredible experience. The booking process was effortless and we were given complete freedom to choose our menu. He was extremely accommodating towards any dietary restrictions we had. Chef Stef prepared a four-course Italian meal for our group of 13 ladies celebrating a bachelorette party, which was loved by all. He arrived on time and was very patient with us, despite our tardiness. Everything was executed as planned, the food was delectable, and servings were generous. Chef Stef even left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. We strongly recommend him for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

Collaborating with Chef Stef to plan and execute my at-home anniversary dinner was an absolute pleasure. I opted to work with him over other vendors largely due to the extensive range of menu options he offered, as well as his exceptional value. Chef assisted me in designing a delectable menu, beautifully set the table, and provided impeccable wine/water service throughout our exquisite five-course meal. The food was absolutely scrumptious, and Chef even printed souvenir menus for us while leaving our kitchen and each dish and utensil immaculately tidy. Chef ensured our anniversary celebration was exceptionally memorable, and I am grateful to have chosen him. I strongly recommend Chef Stef for private dining and catering needs, and would eagerly collaborate with him again in the future!
