I have worked in hospitality for 35 years and I must say, this caterer was truly impressive. The personal service provided to the groom was exceptional and the food was delicious. From booking to departure, Chef Sergio exceeded our expectations. The experience we had with Chef Sergio was nothing short of remarkable! While planning a bachelor/bachelorette party, we had some eleventh-hour adjustments, but Chef Sergio handled it like a pro. He was always in touch, prompt, and worked closely with us to ensure that the menu met our expectations.
In addition to its impeccable presentation, the meal had an excellent variety of flavors that were uniquely different from one another. Our aim was to have an Asian-themed meal with a hint of Miami-centric flavors, and Chef Sergio exceeded our expectations.
Our guests could not stop praising how scrumptious everything was, and it added another level of enjoyment to our last evening in Miami before we left.
