Chef Stacey

Stacey Stacy was hired by me to organize a dinner party for eight individuals at my residence. The dinner served was beyond my expectations. Stacey displayed an exceptional level of professionalism and was highly considerate of my guests' dietary requirements. We commenced the meal with a mouth-watering bruschetta, incorporating fresh ingredients such as tomatoes, basil, and Burrata. The entree consisted of perfectly seared scallops complemented by a citrus sauce and shallots. The dessert was an enticing strawberry galette with freshly whipped cream. Stacey's attention to detail and professionalism was impeccable, and the success of the evening was quite impressive. Despite the expense, I plan to host another dinner party with her services in the near future.

Chef Stacey impressed us right from the start with her professionalism. Instead of simply sending us a PDF menu, she took the time to ask us about our favorite foods and flavors. She then used this information to create a customized menu that perfectly fit our style! We were blown away by the delicious steak and Penne Alla Vodka that she prepared.
