I must say, Shane's professionalism and the effortless process impressed me greatly. Being a novice to this kind of event, Shane made it all the more memorable for our group. His culinary skills were phenomenal, and the food presentation was just as good. Not to mention, Shane was incredibly mindful of any food sensitivities and allergies, ensuring that everyone got to indulge in the feast. His amiable personality made the event even more fun. From arrival to clean up, Shane demonstrated thorough and excellent preparation. I am delighted with his services, and our group shares the same sentiment. I enlisted Shane's services for my spouse's 40th birthday celebration, and I must say, he was exceptional! He tailored the menu to include my husband's favorite foods, and the dishes were exquisite. Chef Shane was simply amazing! I needed someone to prepare a special birthday dinner for my husband while we were staying in an Airbnb in Breckenridge. After a few conversations with Chef Shane, we worked together to create a menu that would suit the occasion perfectly. Being new to this type of experience, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, Chef Shane exceeded all of my expectations! He kept in touch with me for a few days leading up to the dinner and on the day, he arrived in a punctual and organised manner, equipped with all the necessary tools. Chef Shane is truly passionate about food and it showed as he made himself at home in the kitchen, creating some delicious hors d'oeuvres. Spending time with family and friends was made all the more enjoyable by his great personality and friendly conversation. The three-course meal that followed was simply amazing! The food exceeded my expectations in every way, with Chef Shane adding his own personal touch to each dish that took it to the next level. Once the meal was over, he even cleaned up the kitchen leaving it spotless! I cannot recommend Chef Shane enough - if you find yourself in Colorado, you simply must give him a try. This was my first time, but it definitely will not be my last - a perfect 10 out of 10 experience!

Chef Shane was hired to prepare a delightful dinner for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary celebration. The dinner was held in my home and catered for eight people. It was a delight to work with him, and the food was fantastic.
