My name is Sanders Nicolas and I hail from Haiti. I've had an affinity for cooking since my formative years, largely influenced by my mother's culinary skills which she used to feed the locals. In a situation where I was stranded in my sister's Miami dwelling, I had to resort to cooking to survive. I've been in the food industry for 15 years, working my way up to become a Catering Manager, having covered roles from the kitchen to customer-facing ones. Presently, I am a senior sous-chef in a major American company. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I began my private chef business, which has blossomed to date thanks to a team of determined professionals.
