Having spent over 14 years in the restaurant industry, including as a former Exec Sous Chef at Bobby Flay's restaurant in NYC, I now operate as a personal chef and cooking class instructor. Together with my husband, a French chef, we have established a small business with the goal of bringing the restaurant experience to clients in the comfort of their own homes or workplaces. My passion for working with seasonal and natural ingredients is complemented by my Caribbean background, which can be tasted in some of my dishes. I am dedicated to providing a personalized culinary experience, designing custom menus for individual clients and facilitating group classes, date nights, dinner parties, brunches, and meal prep services. While I have experience in fine dining, I prefer to work with simple ingredients to create complex dishes.

Chef Nirva and her sous chef (who happens to be her husband) exceeded our expectations with their amazing culinary skills.
