We specialize in Fusion, Modern, Cajun/Creole, Caribbean, Moroccan, Indian, and Classic French cuisine. As for cleanliness and safety, we strictly follow Covid-19 Sanitation Standards, including social distancing, mask-wearing, gloves and aprons, temperature checks, surface and counter sanitation, and equipment and tool sanitation.
Booking is as simple as 5 easy steps: select your service level and budget, receive an itemized invoice, pay 50% to secure your booking, finalize menu selections, and pay the balance by the day of the event.

I reached out to Chef Moise, and she promptly responded to me. Her scheduling, menu selection, and decor process were well-organized and painless. As a first-time user of a personal chef, I was impressed with her professionalism and how easily she made the process. I hired Chef Moise for a bachelorette party, and she outdid herself. Her drink, meal, and charcuterie board were delicious, and her presence was the highlight of the trip. Everyone, especially the bride, was thrilled with the experience. Chef Moise and her assistant made the night unforgettable by providing top-notch service, quality food, and an excellent personality. She even traveled all the way from Philly to Bethany Beach, Delaware, without any complaints! I planned the event from Atlanta, Georgia, and it was fantastic due to her impeccable communication and work ethics. I can't wait to use her services again in the future!

For my 30th birthday celebration, I made a reservation with Chef Moise. As it was my first time experiencing a private chef, I was eagerly looking forward to it. True to my expectations, Chef Moise was outstanding. Due to traffic delays (my residence was an hour and a half away), there were some timing issues. On arriving, she realized that she needed tablecloths to set the table but she resolved the issue promptly and started preparing the food for my 13 guests. To celebrate the occasion, she generously provided three bottles of champagne. One of my guests was a vegan, and Chef Moise prepared a separate menu for her. She periodically checked on the satisfaction of all guests throughout the evening. The food was delicious, and the presentation was splendid. My gratitude to Chef Moise for making my special evening truly unforgettable.
