At our caviar company, we were fortunate enough to collaborate with Chef Lucas Catering for a corporate affair, and we were thoroughly impressed with their remarkable service. The team was highly professional, organized, and prompt right from the start of the planning process. On the event day, they arrived punctually and executed a flawless set-up.
Chef Lucas and his team prepared scrumptious appetizers that presented our caviar selections to perfection. The watermelon and smoked salmon, potato cornucopias, potato latkes, and zucchini fritters were all a big hit amongst our guests, resulting in numerous compliments about the quality of the food and its visually appealing presentation.
Overall, the experience we had with Chef Lucas Catering was stupendous, and we highly recommend their services. They made our corporate event a success, and it would be our pleasure to work with them again in the future.

Working with Chef Lucas Catering for our recent holiday cocktail party of 50 guests was an absolute pleasure and a fantastic success. We experienced professional and accommodating service throughout the planning process, with the team going above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of.
On the day of the event, Chef Lucas and his team arrived on time and beautifully set up a range of high-end appetizers. Our guests were wowed by the filet of beef with chimichurri sauce, octopus ceviche on tortilla cups, tuna sashimi on skewers, and oyster mushroom empanadas with parmesan shavings. The presentation and quality of the food were highly praised.
However, the stand-out element of the evening was the mixologist provided by Chef Lucas Catering, who created unique and delicious cocktails that were enjoyed by everyone.

We had an exceptional catering experience with Chef Lucas Catering! Working with Chef Lucas felt right from the beginning, as he went out of his way to accommodate all of our dietary restrictions and preferences. The result was an extremely personalized and delectable meal that we truly enjoyed.
Our guests loved the appetizers, and the butternut and apple soup was an ideal way to start the meal. The beef filet with ginger coconut lemongrass sauce was perfectly cooked, and the broccolini and potato and celery root gratin were the perfect pairings.
The mixed berries with zabaglione dessert was the real star of the show! It was the cherry atop an already spectacular meal.
Chef Lucas Catering receives five stars all around, and I wholeheartedly endorse their services. I am thrilled to work with them again for my upcoming birthday celebration!
