With over 30 years of professional chef experience, I have cooked for celebrities and presidents across the country and worked as a former chef at Canyon Ranch. My pricing is based on the customized menu items you choose, and a basic three-course dinner of a salad, pasta entree, and dessert start at $110 per person. I use local and seasonal ingredients from my own organic garden to tailor to each client's unique taste and dietary needs.
As a highly trained chef in various types of cuisines, I am capable of creating diverse and delicious menus for any occasion. I discuss the party's theme, preferences, allergies, dietary needs or restrictions, and budget with my clients during the initial consultation. Then, I will visit the party's venue to understand its equipment, setup, and aesthetic.
On the day of the party, I arrive an hour before your guests to set up, and the party will commence and conclude on your schedule. I believe that one of the best things about my work is meeting new people and expanding my culinary skills.
In my kitchen, I create a warm and inviting space for my guests to try new things and celebrate traditions while maintaining a clean and organized environment. As both a mother and culinary professional, I focus on creating a happy and healthy environment.

As a bachelorette party, Chef Laurie hosted an amazing dinner for 10 ladies with an Asian-inspired twist. We were grateful that Chef Laurie was able to create a menu that was perfect for our bride-to-be while being mindful of our different dietary needs.
