During the 1990s, our grandfather and father established a restaurant in Michoacan, Mexico. Recently, I encountered job loss as a result of the pandemic. So, in combination with my brother's passion for business and my love for cooking, we've launched our own food company. I boast over 10 years of experience in the kitchen, while my brother is a graduate of SJ State. Besides providing top-notch customer service, we take great joy in what we do and seeing our customers' expressions light up as they indulge in our dishes.
