Last weekend, our wedding was catered by Chef Derek and Niki, and the experience was flawless. They arrived on time and worked meticulously, impressing our guests with the delectable flavors in each dish. I'm not sure where to begin. It's impossible to articulate the delight of having a Personal chef. Chef Derek & Chef Nikki's service was exceptional, beginning to end. Our guests are still raving about them. Each dish was flawless. If you haven't experienced a personal chef before, take my word for it: once you do, eating at restaurants will pale in comparison. Chef Derek and his wife, Nikki, were a pleasure to work with. They approached the planning phase with complete transparency, sharing their ideas and costs upfront, and even helped us with dinnerware, linens, and bartending services. On our wedding day, Chef Derek cooked up an outstanding dinner straight off the grill, despite our outdoor venue's lack of a kitchen and the potential for rain. Fortunately, the weather held, but Chef Derek's preparedness and good spirits put us at ease. Our guests loved Chef Derek's playful and friendly demeanor, and we enjoyed watching him interact with them. We're still singing praises about the incredible food, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Chef Derek to anyone.

Our initial plan was to hire Chef Derek to cater our wedding in November, but we received an offer from my fiance's church group to cater for a very low price. Therefore, we decided not to go with Chef Derek.
Despite not using his services, I have to say that Chef Derek exceeded our expectations in terms of his customer service. He was punctual, courteous and flexible, making it clear that he values his clients. I have no doubt that his catering service would have been exceptional and I regret not having had the opportunity to experience it.

What a success! Both our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception were catered by them. The food was still fresh and hot after our rehearsal run-through. Our guests were raving about the deliciousness of the food for the rest of the night; we highly recommend the taco bar and the smoked brisket was absolutely scrumptious! We even had leftovers for days. Their professionalism, exceptional service, and open communication made them stand out. We hosted a total of 130 guests (35 for the rehearsal, 95 for the wedding ceremony) and we give them a perfect rating of 10 out of 10 for any event.
