As a treat, we indulged in an evening with Chef Chris who promised to take us on a gourmet journey - and he certainly delivered. With free rein to showcase his expertise, he presented us with a unique menu that left a lasting impression. This dining experience was undoubtedly a highlight of our annual family beach vacation, providing a much-needed break for the six adults. Despite the limited resources of our rental kitchen, Chef Chris managed to whip up an array of dishes using the freshest ingredients, some of which were entirely new to us.
