Full-service catering is available, or alternatively, I can simply drop off your order. With access to a food truck, I can also prepare and serve dishes fresh on location.

Celebrating our 50th anniversary, I made the excellent decision of hiring Chef Cassy, who not only prepared scrumptious dishes but also served us her signature margaritas. While relishing the food, my husband admitted feeling out of place as we hadn't visited a restaurant in a while. I chuckled and reminded him that we were still at home, but Chef Cassy's hospitality and culinary skills made us feel like we were dining out. I wholeheartedly suggest Chef Cassy to anyone seeking a similar experience.

Cassy excelled in her job. Prior to the event, she was easily approachable and suggested some menu ideas. Along with her team, Cassy arrived punctually and served appetizing snacks, main courses, side dishes, and desserts. I warmly recommend the brisket sliders and fried collard greens; nevertheless, everything was splendid. Cassy was also sociable with my invitees, adding a touch of fun. Her splendid persona and huge heart were commendable. We will absolutely employ her again!

Chef Cassy is truly outstanding! Despite sweltering 105-degree heat, she arrived punctually and managed to cater to all of our guests without fail. Cassy saved the day! During a school event (back to school bash), we had a food truck cancel on us at the last minute. However, Cassy came to the rescue by putting together an incredibly enjoyable menu for both kids and adults. Furthermore, she demonstrated exceptional kindness and patience when serving those waiting in line. The food was superb! We will undoubtedly engage her services again.
